The Asylum Fitness Club opened in September of 1996. The Asylum was the 2nd health & fitness facility in the Ft. Myers area. Originally designed as a weight training only facility, over the next year and a half grew into a full 13,000sq.ft. health & fitness facility by expanding it’s services to include additional cardiovascular equipment, new aerobic classes and tanning. Throughout the years the facility has become synonymous with being the “premier health & fitness facility” in the Ft. Myers area and continues as such to this day. But what has truly separated The Asylum from its competitors is its detail to customer results with particular emphasis on Personal Training.
